Credit Card – Once you have selected your tickets through the Trybooking link above, you will be directed to pay by credit card through Trybooking to finalise your registration. Once submitted, a tax receipt will be automatically emailed to you to acknowledge your full payment.
EFT/Direct Deposit – If you need to pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (e.g you are unable to pay by credit card and/or you require a full tax invoice prior to payment or to make a direct deposit) please enter the code “paybyEFT” in the gift/promotion code box on the ‘Shopping Cart’ page and click ‘Apply’. Your total will be reduced to zero and you will be able to submit your registration without payment. On receiving your booking, we will email you a tax invoice requesting full payment and providing direct deposit details. Please disregard the auto-generated tax invoice you receive from Trybooking on submitting your registration as this does not reflect your final purchase.

All cancellations must be made in writing to the organisers via the conference website or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations made on or before 18 September 2019 will be eligible for a full refund less a 15% administration fee. Cancellations received after 18 September 2019 are not eligible for a refund. Registrations are transferrable at no cost at any time if request is made in writing to conference organisers.
In registering for the conference, relevant details may be forwarded on to the organising committee, members and sponsors. It is also intended to provide a delegate list for networking benefits. If you do not wish your details to be forwarded, please indicate when registering.
