Helen Byfield-Fleming

Helen has a Diploma & Bachelor of Education, Advanced Certificate in Hospitality, Catering and Craftsman’s Certificate in Commercial Cookery, Bar and Cocktails qualifications, Food Safety Project Management (HACCP) & Diploma in Event Management from TAFE & UTS.

In 2010 after a long career with TAFE, Helen decided it was time for a change. She moved onto becoming the Centre Coordinator with the Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living. Due to Helen’s many years in education and organising events, the Macarthur Centre for Sustainable Living has rapidly grown. The Centre has allowed Helen to use many of her unused skills such as developing strong relationships within the community, schools and community associations as well as developing her project and management skills. Helen is very passionate about Education and sustainable Living.
